 Our Story
Harvest Soul Coffee was born from a love of truly gourmet coffee and the desire to bring the flavors and aromas of the well-cultivated coffee beans of Nariño, Colombia to everyone around the world.  The roasting process can accentuate the flavors of the beans if done properly, and Harvest Soul Coffee takes this very seriously.

Our beans are grown on coffee farms in the Nariño, Colombia, which is known for it's rich volcanic soils, as well as its citrus produce.  Years of cross production have created a coffee bean like no other.  This is a coffee bean infused with notes of citrus and honey.  Only the finest beans from these family-owned farms are selected for our gourmet coffees.  These select beans are then roasted only until the flavor and energy-producing enzymes are at their peak.  Unlike other gourmet coffees that leave a bitter after taste, Harvest Soul Coffee is roasted to accentuate the natural notes of the bean by stopping the roasting process before the beans pass their peak flavor potential.  This careful process also provides the peak energy and focus effects of the coffee bean, without the jittery side effects of over-roasted coffees.  

The selection and roasting of Harvest Soul Coffee beans make the experience of drinking our coffee like no other, and once you try our coffee, you will never think another coffee is truly gourmet again.
